Tammy Cooper of The Mixing Bowl creates and will be selling delicious home baked cookies, caramels, pies, breads, some which are gluten-free, that are made from scratch using farm fresh eggs and fresh fruit. Tammy is a certified cottage baker by the Peoria County Health Department and certified to provide food samples by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
